Our Lord Jesus Christ is calling not only the young and healthy to  build His Kingdom but the elderly , the infirm, the simple folk as well. This week we are on a long trip with  the Never Give Up gospel choir visiting our child protection homes . The last couple of days they performed in Déva and Petrozsény with incredible might. A blind girl of a Roma background the way she stood there , as she is lead to the stage by the  hand , receiving the microphone into her trembling hand and starts singing in a sonorous voice , to praise the Lord , to proclaim His greatness makes you think hard. But even the other performers, whose disabilities are clearly visible ,sing about how good it is to live because life is beautiful , a gift from God , an unbelievably strong testimony . I found it awesome  as a young man, trembling, gets up from his wheelchair then with stumbling steps gets going , even though not one of his limbs are are sound , yet to the singing of his disabled companion, smiling dances in front of the altar . At the end of the performance of the Never Give Up ensemble the love for our Creator soars with an elementary force from our hearts . This is why I encourage you don’t consider your age or how deeply, painfully  life wounded you, do not look for what you have not got but dare to proclaim , glorify your Lord God who loves you .
Proclaiming the greatness of God,
Father Csaba
translated by dr k.e.

3 See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him. 2 Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ appears,[a] we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. 3 All who have this hope in him purify themselves, just as he is pure.
4 Everyone who sins breaks the law; in fact, sin is lawlessness. 5 But you know that he appeared so that he might take away our sins. And in him is no sin. 6 No one who lives in him keeps on sinning. No one who continues to sin has either seen him or known him.
7 Dear children, do not let anyone lead you astray. The one who does what is right is righteous, just as he is righteous. 8 The one who does what is sinful is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil’s work.
John 3, 1-8
