Az évek alatt az Anyaországban élõ testvéreink nagyon sokszor Erdély, Székelyföld segítségére siettek, anyagiakkal, jó szóval, testvéri szeretettel. Különösen is szembetûnõ az árva, bajbalévõ gyerekek iránti szeretet, jóság, segíteni akarás, melybõl gyermekvédelmi otthonok, intézmények születtek Erdélyszerte. Az elmúlt évben is több mint 10.000 adófizetõ Magyar állampolgár az adójának 1% százalékát erre a célra ajánlotta fel.
