I admire in Jesus that infinite calmness and serenity with which He faces His sad , resigned disciples from Emmaus . He calmly listens to their concerns an lovingly speaks to them , He does not complain but consoles , encourages . After the talk these men with burning hearts in the middle of the night are capable to set out on a journey and return to the faraway Jerusalem to tell that God is alive and loves them !
